Rachel Jones - Decision Stage
The next stage for Rachel is the decision stage. Here she will be looking at how it all comes together. She's not overly active online so she'll be cautious with giving her credit card details out and having them stored online. She'll therefore be interested in different payment options, and ensuring she is not going to be locked into something that might not work out for her (Figure 1).
Price is probably not as big a factor for her but she will happily accept a joining offer as an incentive to give it a try. The fact there is a referral programme and occasional loyalty rewards will probably be seen as a bonus.
At this decision stage of journey, the company will be targeting offers specifically to this buyer persona to get their commitment to sign up. Content will be focused around driving a call to action most likely linked to an offer and could be a mix of content on social media and email if an email address has been obtained during the buyer journey.
