Rachel Jones - Consideration Stage
The next stage of the buyer journey is the consideration stage. Rachel has now become aware of what she is looking for so she will be checking out the likely delivery meal bag options like My Food Bag, HelloFresh and Woop.
She'll be looking to see if they deliver to her area, comparing meal bag options, and whether they work for her family. She'll want to make sure the kids would eat the food so she'll want to see some sample menus. She'll be comparing prices and probably checking with her friends or online to see reviews and what other people think of each company (Figure 1).
In this stage of our buyer's journey, the company will need to be more specific with the information provided as Rachel will be starting to compare My Food Bag against their competitors. The goal of content at this stage is to capture Rachel's attention online and then lead her to the company website for more information.
